{Friday Finds}

Hey, howdy, hi there Friends!!!

I hope that you all had wonderful holidays. It seems like everybody has 487 different Christmases to celebrate all the time, and that you are always going, going, going. Obviously it makes things much more stressful than necessary. This year, we were fortunate enough to get to celebrate at our own home. Now, don't get me wrong, I love going to see my parents or my in-laws for Christmas, I really do. It is always loads of fun, and substantially less work for me. I get an actual "holiday break," it is majestic. However, it was a really nice change to just be home with our boys and enjoy our own little family Christmas. So I hope that you all had a great celebration of your own, be it near, far, large or small.

No on to the good stuff. This week's finds are mosly from Stuff Etc as usual, and a couple of pieces from The Attic again. I am so happy to have had such good luck at these great local to me places, but if you guys have suggestions for places I should check out, please let me know. Or if there are different types of {Finds} that you would like to see, please share.

1. I really love these candleholders. I can just see them sitting tall and proud ontop of a mantle or in a center piece. I love their unique styling, not something you see all that often. They are a great combination of clean and simple with a little rustic charm at the same time.

2. These. Clocks. I don't know what it is exactly, but if I could just have a wall of clocks, I would. There is something so beautiful to me about all different styles and types of clocks. I think it makes me think of traveling. When you go to the train station or the airport, and there are clocks all set to local times for different locaitons. I really love it. I feel like the variation of styles can achieve some of that feeling, without the confusion of different settings.

3. This dining set was at Stuff Etc, and in gorgeous shape. I love the tones in the wood, and the simplicity of the fabric. You could of course reupholster the seats to something more colorful if you wanted, but they would be fine as is too.

4. Speaking of simplicity, this table really works for me in that regard. Most furniture pieces either from, or as a throwback to the mod styling of the 50's and 60's are totally my jam for that very reason. I love the simplicity of the styles of that time. You can insert those pieces into a modern or contempmorary setting and the settle right in so easily.

5. I. Love. These. Chairs. They have such great bones. I can't say that I'm wild about the fabric color, but in the right circumstance, it could be really gorgeous. But the overall structure of these chairs is so great. They would certainly be a fun DIY to recover.

6. Again with the simplicty. I love this table, the wood, the style, the function. It's so clean and functional. Design at it's best.

Well there you have it folks. Some great finds again this week. I really enjoy searching around and finding stuff, so please, please let me know if there are other things you'd like to see, otherwise I will keep on keepin' on with what I am finding.

Happy Friday!!!

Best Wishes!
