About the event
In a charcuterie workshop you will learn the basic steps, as well as some tips & tricks behind putting a board together. Heidi will walk you through planning your cheeses and meats for different occasions.
Follow along and learn how to cut and style the ingredients on your board.Â
You will create a stunning board with character and flavor. You will also get to take home your tasty board to enjoy.  Serves 2-4 people.
